Aciphex

Eisai continued spreading the word about a packaging change for Aciphex (rabepraxoie sodium), a gastroesophageal reflux disease proton pump inhibitor that Eisai co-markets with Janssen Pharmaceuticals. The 20 mg tablets now are imprinted with the words ACIPHEX 20 and are packaged in squared unit-of-use bottles to accommodate dispensing labels. The change helps distinguish Aciphex from Aricept (donepezil hydrocloride), the Alzheimer's drug Eisai co-markets with Pfizer.
