Clobetasol Propionate comes in ointment and emollient cream presentations. It is a very high potency topical corticosteroid that should not be used with occlusive dressings. In the article "Clobetasol Propionate Foam Reduced Scalp Psoriasis" (May 1, 2000, p. 18), the following sentence should have read: "Investigators felt that 74% of patients receiving clobetasol propionate foam had improved 90% or more, compared with 63% of patients receiving clobetasol propionate solution."
