Aceclidine
Aceclidine (INN) (Glaucostat®, Glaunorm®, Glaudin®) is a parasympatholytic myotic agent used in the treatment of narrow angle glaucoma. It decreases intraocular pressure.
Mechanism of Action
Aceclidine acts primarily on the muscarinic receptor.
Side Effects
Side effects of aceclidine include increased salivation, bradycardia (in excessive doses).
