Matulane

Procarbazine (Matulane®) is a chemotherapy drug for the treatment of Hodgkin's lymphoma. Its mechanism of action is not fully understood. Metabolism yields azo-procarbazine and hydrogen perioxide which results in the breaking of DNA strands.
