Tropophobia
Tropophobia is the fear of moving and the fear of making changes. Symptoms of tropophobia include: shortness of breath, rapid breathing, irregular heartbeat, sweating, nausea, dry mouth, palpitations, and overall feelings of dread.
Treatments
Tropophobia therapy can take months or years and sometimes even require the patient to be exposed repeatedly to their fear. Even though in some cases the phobia will not go away due to "secondary gains".
