Yasmin T. Bates is president of 23 Harris Bank branch locations in the Chicagoland area. In addition to her responsibilities as regional president, Bates oversees small business banking, community development and middle-market lending and consumer loans and services throughout Chicago. Bates received her degree in business administration from the University of Illinois. She and her husband, William, have a son, William IV.
