LEUKEMIA CUTIS IS A B-CELL TUMOR OF THE SKIN and is uncommon. This case report shows the successful use of the chemotherapeutic agent cladribine in the treatment of leukemia culls. After four courses, the patient was free of cutaneous tumors. There was no relapse noted after 7 months of follow-up.
