Jones Lang LaSalle announced that it has renewed its alliance with HSBC Bank USA for facilities management services for 1.9 million SF of retail, administrative, and data center properties in Upstate New York and several locations in California. Additionally, the alliance has been expanded to include facility management services for approximately 2.9 million SF across 240 properties in the Metropolitan New York, Capital District, Hudson Valley and Long Island regions in New York, 8 properties in the Miami/Dade County Florida region as well as 2 properties in Philadelphia.
