Division of Berger Software Pty Ltd (Berger), a privately-held
company with offices in Sydney and Melbourne, Australia.
Berger focuses on three areas of industry expertise: logistics, CRM and
eCommerce. The scope of the acquisition agreement is limited to
Berger's CRM Division. Berger's CRM customers include healthcare and
pharmaceutical industry leaders such as GlaxoSmithKline, Elanco
Animal Health, Roche, Alphapharm and Hexal.
Berger's CRM Division implements, services and supports StayinFront's
award-winning family of products, which include Visual Elk(TM),
StayinFront's enterprise-wide solution for managing and integrating
all points of customer interaction, Panorama(TM), a powerful data
analysis and decision support tool and Pocket Elk(TM), the fully
featured Windows CE(R)-based version of Visual Elk. Berger began as
a niche market solution provider in 1973 and became an implementation
partner for Visual Elk products in 1995.
