In a unique marketing campaign orchestrated by CB Richard Ellis's Long Island office, the firm arranged five separate open house events to introduce the brokerage community to the incredible leasing opportunities available to office space users throughout the 500,000-square-foot TRITEC portfolio of properties.
Over 100 top executives from some of Long Island's most important brokerage firms attended the open house events which began at 49 Wireless Drive.
According to CBRE's Raymond Ruiz, who is spearheading the leasing and marketing campaign on behalf of TRITEC, "We were overwhelmed with the outcome. The response by the brokerage community is further confirmation of Long Island's allure as one of the premier business locations, the quality of the product we are offering and the high caliber ownership."
In addition to 49 Wireless Boulevard, brokers had a chance to visit 100 Motor Parkway, 50 Engineers Road , 135 Engineers Road and 125 Kennedy Drive, all TRITEC properties located in Hauppauge, NY.
The two-story, campus-style, R&D property at 49 Wireless Boulevard offers potential users 91,600 RSF of prime space, which can be expanded to 140,000 RSF.
Among the property's long list of amenities are: Convenient location with easy access to the Long Island Expressway, the Northern State Parkway, Sagtikos Parkway and Motor Parkway; available signage; abundant parking with a 5:1 ratio;
Executive conference rooms; a full service cafeteria; and easy access to hotels, restaurants and retail shops located nearby. The space is ideally suited to high-density workstations and units divisible to 5,000 RSF.
The well-attended event concluded at 49 Wireless Boulevard with a prize drawing for New York Yankees playoff tickets.
The winners were Tony Macchiarolli of Corporate Realty Consultants and Robert Joyce of The Roberts Company.
