Tritec Real Estate Company held a groundbreaking ceremony today for a 408,000 square-foot Class A office complex located on 19.6 acres of prime land in Hauppauge, Long Island, which is set for completion in the third quarter of next year. Upon its completion, 100 Motor Parkway will be the largest, privately-owned office complex constructed on Long Island in almost a decade.
Present at the Groundbreaking were over 100 of Long Island's Business and Governmental leaders including: George Gatta, Suffolk County Deputy Executive, and Patrick Vecchio, Supervisor of the Town of Smithtown.
The office complex will feature twin six story office towers strategically located at the interchange of the Long Island Expressway (I-495) and the Sagtikos Parkway. This location provides easy access to both the Northern and Southern State Parkways and to other major roadways.
Designed by the architectural team of The Baldassano Architectural Group and Mojo-Stumer Associates, each tower will be approximately 200,000 SF and will be six stories in height. Average office floor areas will be approximately 32,450 square feet.
