Roughly a year after it purchased a 60,000-square-foot building on 125 Kennedy Drive in Hauppauge, Tritec Real Estate Co. Inc. snagged its first client: technology solutions provider ePlus Technology Inc. The company will lease 8,370 square feet to accommodate 47 sales, engineering and customer support personnel. It will house a technology and demo center, warehouse and conference facilities, according to ePlus.
Jerome Norton of Grubb & Ellis represented ePlus, while Ray Ruiz of CB Richard Ellis worked for Tritec. Tritec purchased the building, in the heart of the Hauppague Industrial Park, in the spring of 2004.
