* Two sites in Doral are in the process of being sold to developers who are eyeing them for residential and mixed-used development. Ryder System reportedly has a winning bid of $40 million for its 44.5-acre campus on NW 82nd Avenue, from Miami-based Shoma Development. Shoma's bid would be contingent upon zoning changes from Miami-Dade County, which would allow it to turn the property into a mixed-use community with offices, retail space and multifamily residential. Meanwhile, Sergio Pino's Miami-based Century HomeBuilders is reported to have a contract to buy 465 acres of land in western Doral from Flagler Development Co., a subsidiary of Jacksonville-based Florida East Coast Industries for $80 million. Pino plans to develop a residential community on the site.
