Ankara - The Turkish Prime Minister, Tansu Ciller, said Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz had given positive signals to a special envoy she had sent to stop the beheadings of jailed Turks in the Kingdom. Four Turks were executed this month for smuggling the sex-stimulant drug, Captagon into Saudi Arabia, another 20 are on death row and 20 more are being tried on similar charges. Reuter
