The exclusive assignment includes 135 Engineers Road, a newly renovated office building has 55,000 square feet available for lease in increments ranging from 4,000 s/f to 55,000s/f. Newmark Executive Managing Director Brian D. Lee, Principal Jack O'Connor, and directors Michael Silver and Daniel Oliver are the leasing agents for this property.
125 Kennedy Drive--also represented by Lee, O'Connor, Silver and Oliver--features 60,000 s/f (divisible) that can be customized with full office or R&D buildout.
50 Engineers Road is a fully air-conditioned, 30,000 square-foot industrial/office/R&D building, which is expandable to 40,000 s/f for industrial use, is available for sale or lease.
